## Wirmax as a company

Wirmax is a Finnish building services group. We bring electrical, HVAC, heat pump, automation, and fire and security technology services together under one name and one promise: building services, done better. For the customer, that means one partner for all of a property's building services – from contracting to maintenance and upkeep.

## The Wirmax Group

Wirmax has grown from the expertise of several building services companies. Now the same expertise is available under one name: customers no longer need to look separately for an electrician, a plumber and an automation specialist. We serve businesses, housing companies, construction companies, the public sector and households.

We currently operate in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Central Finland and Oulu. Some of our services, especially automation, fire and security technology services, are available throughout Finland.

### Group companies

**Wirmax Oy** provides maintenance, installation and upkeep services for properties' electrical, HVAC and automation systems, as well as electrical and building services contracting. Its services also include EV charging solutions, energy projects and technical expert services.

**Wirmax Lämpöpumput Oy** (formerly Putkimaatti Oy) provides design, installation and maintenance services for heat pumps and heat recovery systems. Its services include ground source heat pump, air-to-water heat pump (VILP), air source heat pump and heat recovery (LTO) solutions.

**Wirmax Systems Oy** (formerly Gane Oy) provides automation, fire and security technology solutions and the related contracting, maintenance, upkeep, remote monitoring and expert services.

At the core of our operations is digital operations management, which directs work efficiently and at the right time. The service delivered is always documented digitally.

**Ownership**

## Growth under Finnish ownership

Wirmax is owned by the Finnish private equity investor Saari Partners and Wirmax's key employees. Together with Saari Partners, we are building a nationwide full-service building services company that gives customers all services under one roof, efficiently and to a high standard.

Founded in 2007, Wirmax has expanded its expertise through acquisitions in electrical installation, heat pump technology, and automation and security technology.

We recycle the construction waste generated by our work, optimise maintenance routes with lower-consumption vehicles and help property owners switch to more energy-efficient, lower-emission solutions.
