4. **Installation** – The installation schedule is agreed in advance at a time that suits you. The installation is carried out with experience and professional skill as agreed. Project management from one company, delivered by a financially sound company.
5. **Warranty** – We give a 2-year warranty on the installation work, and the equipment typically carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
