We also want to help property owners move to more sustainable solutions. By this we mean a transition to a more modern, more energy-efficient, automated environment that reduces the carbon footprint. Replacing old systems and equipment with new, environmentally friendly solutions that meet today's sustainable development requirements is essential.

Environmental responsibility

At Wirmax we want to act responsibly and support our beautiful nature and environment by complying with environmental legislation in everything we do.

Whenever possible, we aim to recycle as well as use recyclable materials. We recycle the construction waste generated by our work and invest in quality and durability when it comes to our workwear and tools.

We use durable workwear produced in line with sustainable development values, which our employees can recycle at the recycling point of the workwear shop. The workwear is recycled in the best possible way according to its condition.

A modern fleet supports the principles of responsible business. Our well-equipped service vans, which use less fuel, ensure fast and efficient service and avoid unnecessary driving. Optimising service trips reduces vehicle emissions, improves our installers' efficiency, lowers costs and makes our operations ever more sustainable.

Reporting suspected misconduct (whistleblowing)

Submit a report of a suspected violation when your suspicion concerns possible misconduct or unethical activity at Wirmax Oy. This may include, among other things, unethical, fraudulent, questionable, dishonest, illegal or negligent activity or conduct by an employee.

All reports are handled in strict confidence. Reports submitted to the whistleblowing channel are handled only by designated, named persons in the Wirmax Group. They initiate the necessary investigations, the handling is confidential, and the identity of the person making the report is kept confidential throughout the process.

The whistleblowing form is intended solely for reporting suspected misconduct.
