- Plumbing fixtures – taps, toilets, hot water heaters and household appliance installations. Removal and disposal of the old fixture are included in the price.
- Heat pumps – air source heat pumps, air-to-water heat pumps and ground source heat, installed and serviced.
- District heating substations – a substation should ideally be replaced every 20–25 years or so. We install the new one on a turnkey basis.
- Oil burner servicing – annual servicing keeps oil heating efficient and safe, and is best done before the heating season.
- Ventilation filter replacement – filters should be checked and replaced 2–4 times a year, in detached houses and multi-dwelling properties.

What does LVI mean?
LVI comes from the Finnish words for heating, water and ventilation (lämpö, vesi, ilmanvaihto), and corresponds to HVAC in English. The term refers to buildings' heating, cooling, water and ventilation systems and the related piping and air-conditioning equipment. HVAC systems are a key part of how buildings function and how comfortable they are. They ensure appropriate temperature, ventilation, water distribution and wastewater handling in buildings. How much does a plumber cost?

Do you charge mileage?
We do not charge mileage, but please note that travel to the site and any transfers between sites count as working time, and we charge for them according to the actual time spent.
Why do I need a plumber?
HVAC work is complex, and HVAC installation, maintenance or repair requires technical expertise. An incorrectly installed or maintained appliance, system or pipework can cause serious problems, such as water damage, poorer air quality or even fires.
Can I do HVAC work myself?
You can do some simple tasks yourself, such as changing filters. More complex work, such as installing a new system or repairing an old one, should be left to professionals for safety reasons and to ensure quality.
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
For example, a ground source heat pump should be serviced every year to ensure the best efficiency and savings. Regular annual servicing is also recommended for air-to-water heat pumps.
