The purpose of the register is to act as a customer data register of Wirmax Oy.
The information can be used for the following purposes

The main source of information is the customer himself. Information can also be obtained from official and company data registers and from common partners.
Data content of the register
The register mainly contains information given to Wirmax Oy by the customers themselves.
The register can contain e.g. the following customer information
The name of the person
Email address
And other information provided by the user
Regular data transfers
With the customer’s consent, information can be disclosed to joint partners of the customer and Wirmax Oy to deliver the products and services ordered by the customer.
Information related to invoicing can be handed over to entities that mediate payment traffic.
Information is not disclosed to other third parties inside or outside the EU.
Information can be disclosed to the authorities if they submit a request based on Finnish law.
Principles of registry protection
Manual material
Information is not stored in physical copies, with the exception of accounting, which can only be accessed by designated employees of Wirmax Oy and the accountant, who are bound by the obligation of confidentiality.
Information stored in information management systems
The data is transferred over an SSL-protected connection.
Electronic data is protected by a firewall. Only specially designated employees of Wirmax Oy have access to register data. Employees are identified with a username and password. The information is treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone other than those who need it in their work, who are bound by the duty of confidentiality.
Right of inspection and prohibition
The registered person has the right to check what information about him has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request must be sent signed to the person responsible for registry matters.
The right of inspection is free of charge once a year at most.
Data retention period
We keep personal data only for the time necessary depending on the type of personal data and the purpose of its processing.
